AIG GI App Process

Already contracted with AIG, but not sure how to complete the application process. You’ve come to the right place. Below are instructions for the Guaranteed Issue plan.
Attached is the GIWL Playbook. It is a great tool to help you make sure you have the necessary materials. (You can click within the PDF to print out marketing materials, call us and we will show you how).
Selling Guaranteed Issue
- Once you are contracted, you will receive an email with your writing number.
- Inside the email should also include a link for the Guaranteed Issue. (If you do not have your link, click on https://www-115.aig.com/ )
- You will be redirected to the Agent Portal.
New Users:
- If you are a New User you will need to click on Agent Registration.
- You will then be redirected to the New User Registration page.
- On this page you are going to fill out all your information. The GIWL Code is your Writing Number.
- Once everything is filled out, click on Create.
- You will then be redirected to the sign in page.
- Sign in with your Username and Password and click on the Orange arrow.
Existing Users:
- There are two ways to log in.
- You can first sign in with your Username and Password and click on the Orange arrow.
- If you are unable to access your account, click on Alternate Log In (upper-middle-right side)
- Under Alternate Log In you will enter in your last name, DOB, and Last 4 of your SSN, then click the orange arrow.
Once Signed In:
- Once signed in you will automatically be directed to the Forms page.
- Scroll down and select the state you are selling in under Select state to display state specific forms.
- Once your state is selected, click on DOWNLOAD APPLICATION PACKET in orange.
- You will get a review pop up that shows what is all going to be included in the packet, click on DOWNLOAD APPLICATION PACKET again.
- You will receive a PDF pop up showing the application with your information pre-filled out. (make sure your pop up blocker is allowed for this website).
- You will then be able to print out your applications. (application are specific to each agent).

Needing to complete a Term Application for AIG Online?

Quote
- Got to: http://www-160.aig.com/termlife
- Scroll down to GET A QUOTE in orange and click on it.
- On the next page you will see Display, State, Gender, Age, Face Amount, Mode, Flat Extra, Table Rating. For the Display make sure it is on Select-A-Term and fill out the rest. Then hit submit.
- Select the rate that corresponds depending on category (Preferred Plus, Preferred Non-Tobacco, Standard Plus, Standard Non-Tobacco, Preferred Tobacco, Standard Tobacco.
- Once the rate has been selected, click on Start Application in orange, on the left side.
- You will then be redirected to the estation login.
Login
- If you are a first time user, click on register, in blue, under the OK button.
- You will be redirected to a page to fill out your information and then click Register again.
- You will be redirected back to the login screen to login.
- Once logged into the Estation website hover over New Business and click on AG Quick Ticket.
- Scroll down, make sure your Agent Code is selected, and then click on Start a New Application. You will receive a pop up redirecting you to another page, click OK. Make Sure your Pop Up blocker allows pop ups for this website. You can also check on other cases by click on Quick Ticket Cases.

Use the writing agent code selection to access the electronic ticket
The completed application information will be sent to ExamOne
- ExamOne will then contact the customer* and complete the full application and other ancillary forms. On this same call, ExamOne will schedule the paramed appointment with one of their many mobile examiners or at one of their paramed centers around the country
